Online Merchandise Return Policy

Please retain all original packaging materials in case anything needs to be returned or exchanged.
Items may be returned for exchange, for credit, or for a full refund, minus the shipping costs.
All items must be returned in their original condition, never worn or otherwise soiled. All item tags should remain attached.
Please include a letter stating the reason for return or exchange, your daytime telephone number, and a copy of your receipt.
If you purchase the wrong size, the wrong color, or are not happy with the merchandise you bought, we will be happy to exchange or refund your items.

There will be re-stocking charge of 25% on Special Order Merchandise.

If we ship the wrong item, we will exchange it at no additional cost to you. If the mistake is on your part, you will be billed for additional shipping.

We make every effort to process your return or exchange in a timely manner.
